1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Craftsflow ("Service", "we", "us"), a service operated by AR Webcrafts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
Craftsflow provides done-for-you digital growth infrastructure, exclusive lead generation systems, AI phone/chat booking assistants, database reactivation campaigns, website development, local SEO optimization, and CRM automation for businesses.
3. Account & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining legitimate licensure where required in their respective industries (e.g., healthcare clinics, law firms, trade contractors), and ensuring prompt response to leads routed through our systems.
4. Month-to-Month Agreements & Cancellations
Unless explicitly specified in a custom enterprise contract, Craftsflow operating plans are month-to-month with no long-term mandatory lock-in. Clients may cancel service with a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Fees paid for work already executed or ad spend incurred are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
Custom assets created specifically for the client (including unique logos, custom landing page copy, and client-specific domain collateral) become client property upon full payment of agreed invoices. Craftsflow retains ownership of its proprietary underlying codebase, AI logic templates, software scripts, and automation frameworks.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Craftsflow or its parent company AR Webcrafts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, service downtime, or third-party platform changes (such as Meta or Google ad policy updates). Maximum liability shall not exceed total fees paid by the client in the preceding 3-month period.
